In this position, you’ll dive into various data conversion tasks, from organizing and updating electronic databases to ensuring data adherence to internal standards. Here’s a glimpse into what you’ll be doing:
- Performing data conversion-related functions, including organizing and maintaining electronic databases.
- Processing coded data to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
- Reviewing and analyzing data provided by vendors.
- Collaborating with customers to amend data while maintaining product and business requirements.
- Conducting quality assurance tasks to uphold the integrity of our content.

About You:
You’re the perfect fit for this role if you bring:
- 0-1 year of related work experience, coupled with a strong knowledge of data markup language/structures.
- Proficiency in writing macros in MS-Word/MS-Excel or other text editors for automating routine tasks.
- Experience working with graphics extraction/editing (JPG, GIF, etc.).
- Basic scripting skills using Perl, JavaScript, or Python.
- Familiarity with stylesheets (XSLT) and database publishing requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
