Job Overview
We are seeking candidates for a loan application review role, focusing on ensuring the accuracy of loan applications and preventing fraud. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for a 3-month extension based on business requirements. Ideal candidates should be highly flexible with scheduling and willing to go the extra mile to contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities
- Loan Operations: Review loan applications, verify details, and prevent fraud.
- Product Improvement: Escalate customer feedback and technical issues to enhance our products.
- General Tasks: Assist with various administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 0-4 years of previous experience in business operations.
- Passionate about our mission and dedicated to serving our customers.
- Highly entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven, analytical approach.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability on weekends and occasional holidays.
