What You’ll Do for Application Services Associate Hiring
- Infrastructure and Cloud Support: Manage IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud-based) to ensure reliability, security, and meet service level agreements.
- Application Support: Provide support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud systems.
- Project Management: Assist program managers and improve project delivery quality within the Technology Delivery Centers.
- Low-Code Development: Develop applications using low-code platforms, tailoring them to specific client requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Design and execute tests to ensure software quality. This includes creating test plans, cases, and data, and reporting on results.
Who You Are
- Recent graduate (2023 or 2024) with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (excluding CS/IT).
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new technologies and environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexible and willing to work across time zones and shifts.
